Saving the best for the finale, this episode is pretty much filler, the flashbacks from shanks aren't their in the manga. I'll spoil it for y'all...

It only got bad in the end imo, slowing down the frames is not that egregious, it's not like you can't in fully more than 24fps anyway, but those ugly drawings at the end looking like someone decided to color the first sketch boards as soon as they were finished, that was atrocious. All the more jarring because the rest of the episode had clearly different art quality.
